I am writing today to share some information on several important opportunities in the next few weeks.

Wednesday, October 18 @  6:30 pm, virtual: “Navigating the Cyber World”: In partnership with Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School, the LS/SPS SEPACs are co-sponsoring this online workshop”. This event requires advanced registration (RSVP).  Topics include:

• Understanding challenges and dangerous situations from internet, social media, and smartphones

• Identifying popular apps, social media sites, and programs used by youth

• Discussing consequences of cyberbullying, sexting, and revealing identifying information to strangers

Thursday, October 19 @ 7 pm @ ECMS Auditorium: SPS Fall Town Meeting Information Session: SPS is inviting you to an information session on the SPS Fall Town Meeting warrant articles to discuss district priorities.

Tuesday, October 24th @ 7:00 pm, virtual: Preschool Information Night: SPS is holding a Preschool Information Session for families interested in learning about our preschool program. Please mark your calendars and/or share with families who may be interested.

Thursday, October 26th @ 11 am, virtual: Superintendent Parent Information Exchange.  A link will be shared closer to the event.

Thursday, November 2 @ 6:30-8:00 pm Early Childhood Meet & Greet & Parent/Guardian Workshop with Global Early Education: Strategies and tips to support our youngest learners Parents/Guardians of students ages 3-5 years old, PK-Kindergarten, are welcome!
