Dear Sudbury Families and Staff,

We are happy to announce our third clinic for boosters and vaccinations. The sessions will be held on January 24 from 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road. The booster is for all eligible individuals and the vaccination is for all elementary school students (ages 5 – 11) in this district, in addition to families and school staff. Individuals are required to stay for 15 minutes after receiving a vaccination.

Please register using this link. When you register, you will be scheduled for the booster shot or the 1st dose of the vaccine. If you are scheduling the vaccine dose, the second dose will be scheduled at the clinic.
