We successfully returned students to in-person learning for five days a week at the end of last year. We will continue to work with the local Board of Health along with the state and CDC guidance to implement a strategy that emphasizes a “layered” approach for preventing the spread of COVID. This will include regular COVID testing, ventilation, hand-washing, distancing and masking when appropriate, staying at home when sick, and quarantining. We anticipate more information and guidance coming from the Governor's Office and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the coming days and we will share how those documents effect our plans for the safe operations of the schools.
Important update: The iHealth rapid antigen tests we have been sharing with families and staff now have had a shelf life extension on their "Use by" date.
