We consider student and staff safety to be one of our highest priorities. Those selected as finalists for full and part-time positions will be required to complete a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Request Form and present a government-issued photo I.D. at the time of the finalist interview. Employment will be contingent upon favorable review of the CORI and the national criminal background check through the Statewide Applicant Fingerprint Identification Services (SAFIS) Program. Please review our Background Policy and our Fingerprint Document for instructions on how to set up your SAFIS appointment. New hires will have to fill out and return the following forms to Human Resources: Direct Deposit Authorization, Emergency Contact Form, EPIMS, Federal IRS W-4 Form, State IRS M-4 Form, Form I-9, SSA-1945, and Pay Period Preference.
