The Loring PTO will be hosting our Summer Campfair for Sudbury and our surrounding area and towns. Our Annual Campfair will be held at the Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School which is centrally in Sudbury .

Sunday, February 7, 2010 from 11AM - 2PM

We invite you to be an exhibitor at Sudbury 's Summer Campfair. This is an excellent opportunity for you to advertise your program to a large number of curious students and interested families. This unique fair offers a wide range of summer opportunities including programs which focus on academic enrichment, adventure, art, camping and sports. The campfair is widely publicized and open to all.

The fee of $199.00 will include a table, two chairs (if needed) and a listing of programs available to all parents and students.

Registration

There will be limited electrical outlets which will be assigned on a first come basis on the application. To reserve a space, please return the application and mail in your non-refundable check. 

Checks should be made payable to the Loring PTO.
